We stayed in a twin room which was comfy and fine. Booked it for gbp 18396. The affable staff at check-out provided all the necessary info. The location was great and unbeatable there, in the middle of the city.
Absolutely satisfied.

The hotel was located short walk to the 'new' centre. The idea to include a fridge and glassware in the a double room was nice. It had comfy beds, gates. The location of the property was marvellous, in the middle of jackson. And it's relatively close to Montebianco, ate there once or twice. The vibe here was quiet.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Every time I visit Astana, I always choose this place. It's an ideal hotel with great staff at check-out. The room is really quiet and extremely spacious. It has all the essentials you need, including central heating, pay TV, and a mini bar fridge. The private bathroom is especially good.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - they took care of all our requests. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options that included porridge, scrambled eggs, pastries, and more. The hotel was great value for the price and the location was convenient.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape and were pleased with the location, just a short walk from the bus stop and some great restaurants. the room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the croissants and fresh fruit.
Our romantic escape was dampened by a few negative aspects of the hotel. the walls were thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and offers a spacious room with a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was quite satisfying with a variety of food and drinks available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service during our stay.
It was disappointing that the hotel didn't provide enough cups for coffee during breakfast, making it inconvenient for guests.
